Product description                                                            

Type: Acrylic emulsion all-round paint, matt for exterior use.

Flugger Facade 3 is based on acrylic binder with high performance. It provides a weather-resistant and robust surface.

The surface is permeable for water vapour, with a high barrier effect against CO2 and chlorides, which makes it suitable as concrete protection especially in urban environments.

Protects the surface against formation of mould.

The opacity of tinted colours is indicated on the tinting label.

Product application                                                            

Suitable exterior for finishing treatment on facades of concrete, masonry and plaster etc.

The substrate must be clean, dry, solid and suitable for painting. The pH value of the substrate should be less than 10,and the substrate temperature our recommendation is more than 10°C. The substrate water content should be less than 10%.

Cleaning before painting should be made with Flugger Facade Cleaner. Surfaces with mould are treated with Flugger Facade anti-green.

Slightly chalking or absorbent surfaces, should be primed with Flugger Facade Primer or Flugger Facade Antialkaline Primer .

Apply by brush, roller or by spraying.
