Product description

Type: Acrylic emulsion primer.

Flugger Sealer is formulated with an acrylic micro-dispersed binder with unique penetration properties.

Is alkaline resistant and provides an efficient sealing on slightly chalking and absorbent surface.

Product application

Suitable for interior priming of building materials, e.g. gypsum board, light concrete, limestone, brick, plaster, cement fibre plates, concrete as well as fillers.

The substrate must be clean, dry, solid and suitable for being painted.

Highly chalking substrates must be cleaned off.

Apply generously and even by brush, alternatively by roller. The surface must not appear glossy after application and drying.

Normally used undiluted. On slightly absorbent surfaces the product can be diluted with water 1:1 to avoid over-priming.

At pre-treatment before hanging of wallpaper on slightly absorbent surfaces e.g. new plaster, dilute with water 1:1.

NB: Priming with Flugger Sealer on substrates where old wallpapers/wall coverings have been removed and residuals from glue/starch paste are left, will increase the risk for over priming.
